MIECAT has a number of committees & boards for the purpose of goverance and accountability:
The Advisory Board oversees the functions of the Executive and Education Committees and advises on their reports. The Executive's function is to administer MIECAT including all aspects of courses, teaching, staffing and the curriculum as reported on by the Education Committee. The Appeals Committee is convened by the Advisory Board when required.
In addition, MIECAT holds its Annual General Meeting in October each year.
